We design OSCO products to be dependable for the long run. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Lifetime Warranty

All OSCO luggage is backed by a Lifetime Warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.

If an eligible product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at our discretion. Repairs or replacements are provided at no cost for the service itself.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser or original gift recipient and is not transferable. A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.

What’s Covered (and What’s Not)

Covered

Manufacturing defects that affect normal use, including wheels, handles, zippers or locks that stop functioning as designed, seam or stitching defects, structural shell issues, and material flaws impacting functionality.

Not Covered

Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, airline or transit damage, impact-related zipper damage, interior wear from regular use, lost or stolen luggage, misuse or improper care, third-party repairs, unauthorised purchases, or parts that remain fully functional.

If a product has reached the end of its usable life, it may no longer be eligible for warranty support.

How Claims Work

To start a warranty claim, contact our support team with:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase
  • Product details
  • A description and photos of the issue

We’ll review your claim and confirm eligibility.

If approved, we may provide a replacement part with installation instructions, request the product for inspection, or arrange a repair or replacement. If the original product is no longer available, we’ll offer a comparable replacement of equal or greater value. All decisions are made at our discretion.

Shipping, Timing & Extras

For approved claims within the first year, we cover return shipping to us. After the first year, customers are responsible for shipping the product to our facility. We cover shipping for repaired or replaced items back to you.

Typical turnaround time is 1-2 weeks from the time we receive the product. During peak periods, this may take longer.

Packing cubes are covered by a 3-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

We reserve the right to decline or void claims that are dishonest or fraudulent. This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by OSCO.
